In order to listen to the work insights and demands of the management trainees who have been employed for nearly a year, gain an in-depth understanding of their experiences and expectations in the process of corporate growth, and further promote the implementation and optimization of the company's talent development strategy, Seneasy Intelligent Human Resources Center organized a  management trainee symposium was held on January 20.

In the past year, management trainees has experienced the transformation from campus to workplace, grew rapidly in different positions, and now they can be independent in their respective fields of responsibility. They shared the experience accumulated in work practice and the coping strategies when facing challenges, demonstrating the vitality and potential of Seneasy Intelligent management trainees.

Company leaders are very concerned about the growth of they. The HR Director, BU GM and Administrative Director all attended the meeting and had in-depth exchanges with them. They also affirmed their achievements, and encouraged them to continue to maintain a positive and enterprising attitude in future work, continuously improve themselves, and contribute more to the company's development.
