Seneasy Intelligent held the 2024 annual quality meeting. On January 13, core members of key departments such as manufacturing, R&D, procurement, sales, and quality jointly reviewed the quality work of the past year.
First, the DGM of quality summarized the achievement of quality KPI in 2024 and clearly demonstrated the advantages and disadvantages of quality in the past year through data and examples. At the same time, it also shared the experience and success factors of the case and the key tasks of quality implementation in 2025, providing reference for various departments. In the review of quality exercise, the advantages and disadvantages in the work are found out. Teams with excellent quality performance were also commended to motivate all employees. The team with quality accidents also received a "reward"-defective products, which is a unique way to warn everyone.
Then,the two BU GMs respectively put forward new requirements for the future work of quality, emphasizing the importance of quality for business development.
Chairwoman Hu Weiqing also said that quality is always the lifeline of an enterprise. Only by insisting on quality first can we survive in the fierce market competition. At the same time, the chairman emphasized that the original intention of quality exercise is by no means punishment, but to make every employee deeply realize the importance of quality and clarify the untouchable red line.
