On December 5, the seventh lecture of Seneasy Lecture was successfully held. The director of the Integrated Delivery Center gave a wonderful lecture to the participants. This course covers two modules: integrated supply chain management and planning management system, aiming to help enterprises build a more efficient and flexible supply chain system to cope with the complex market environment.
Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept and business process architecture of integrated supply chain management, and emphasizes how enterprises can optimize supply chain processes by integrating internal and external resources in order to improve response speed and reduce cost under the background of globalization. Then, the framework system and business process architecture of plan management are deeply discussed. These plans are very important for enterprises. They are not only related to the stability of product supply,but also directly affect the market competitiveness of enterprises.
Through the study of this course, everyone has a deeper understanding of supply chain management and a clearer understanding of how to formulate and implement effective supply chain strategies.
