Recently, Seneasy Intelligent Quality Month activity, which lasted for nearly a month, came to a successful conclusion. Since October, the company has held various forms of quality culture promotion activities such as quality knowledge, standard three rates, and skill competitions to improve the quality awareness of all employees and create a good quality culture atmosphere.
Knowledge contest
Quality culture, awareness first. Quality culture is not achieved overnight, it is the spiritual core rooted in every corner of the enterprise. In this activity, the knowledge competition is a key link, dedicated to cultivating employees' respect and attention to quality from the perspective of thought.

This competition is held online and offline, lasts for three days, covers all employees of the company, and encourages everyone to actively participate in the learning of quality knowledge. In order to improve employee motivation, the top three participants online every day will receive prizes. 

The offline knowledge contest attracted representatives from sales, R&D, manufacturing, and other departments to participate in the contest through teamwork. Through fierce competition, each team demonstrated rich quality knowledge and teamwork spirit, and also promoted exchanges and understanding among different departments.

Three Key Quality Control

Three key quality control are important indicators to ensure the standardization and systematization of quality management. This competition covers many key areas such as injection molding, silk screen printing, warehouse, and IQC. Through the competition, not only the standard management level of each region is improved, but also the regions learn from each other in the competition. In addition, regular audit and feedback mechanism enables the management to understand and solve existing problems in time, ensuring the continuous improvement of quality management.

Skills competition

Participants in the skills competition cover LQC inspectors in various fields of the manufacturing center and FQC, OQC, IPQC, and IQC of the quality control department. It aims to improve the professional skills and detection efficiency of inspectors and ensure that product quality reaches the highest standards.

All participants check the samples within the specified time and score their accuracy, speed, completeness, standardization, etc. In this way, inspectors are encouraged to continuously improve their skills in daily work, cultivate rigorous and meticulous work attitude and keen observation, and create an indestructible line of defense for the company's product quality.

The Quality Month activity inspired the company to continue to attach importance to quality and respect quality, and inspired all employees to move forward bravely and never stop on the road of pursuing high-quality development.
