On September 28, Seneasy Intelligent R&D Center held a special IPD training. It aims to deepen employees' understanding and practical ability of IPD, ensure that the company can operate more efficiently in the process of implementing IPD project changes, and accelerate the transformation of innovation results into market competitiveness.

Since May this year, the company has officially launched the IPD project, which marks an important step in the company's pursuit of operational excellence and sustained growth. After months of effort, remarkable success has been achieved on several key pilot projects. Up to now, all pilot projects have successfully passed multiple core node assessments including BDCP, KO, TR1, PDCP and TR3. These achievements not only prove the strong execution ability of team members in adapting to the new working mode, but also lay a solid foundation for the follow-up work.

This training provides in-depth explanations around topics such as the reasons for the change, the process of IPD change, and the main process and operation of IPD.
