On June 14th, Seneasy Intelligent successfully held its semi-annual Quality Conference themed Striving for Excellence, Winning the Future with Quality. The conference gathered over a hundred core backbone members from departments such as sales, R&D, manufacturing, integrated delivery, and quality to jointly outline new strategies for quality improvement, vowing to lead the future development of the enterprise with outstanding quality.

At the conference, the Director of the Quality Center shared the achievement status of key KPIs in the quality field. Through recent typical cases, he profoundly illustrated the importance of following procedures and introduced in detail the newly implemented quality empowerment mechanism and empowerment records. He emphasized that the quality red lines in various fields are the iron rules for maintaining the core competitiveness of the enterprise and should not be violated or compromised.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the invitation of direct parties involved in negative and excellent cases to share on the spot, allowing participants to intuitively feel the importance of quality for the survival and development of the enterprise. They also absorbed advanced experiences and work ideas from excellent cases, stimulating the enthusiasm and determination of all staff to improve the quality of products and services.

Subsequently, the heads of departments such as manufacturing, R&D, integrated delivery, and quality conducted in-depth discussions on quality management within their respective fields. They not only shared the department's understanding of quality but also proposed specific improvement action plans and goals, emphasizing the key role of inter-departmental collaboration, integration of knowledge and action, and continuous improvement in enhancing the overall quality level.

At the climax of the conference, Hu Weiqing, the Chairman of Seneasy Intelligent, delivered a concluding speech. She emphasized that delivery without quality is a disaster. Quality is either 100 points or 0 points. Each field and department should focus on their own responsibilities, take the initiative to take on the responsibility of quality control, solve a category of problems with one problem, and make 'Seneasy Intelligent' a synonym for high quality. The Chairman's words resonated with every employee present and also pointed out the direction for Seneasy Intelligent's quality journey.
